ComfortDelGro is testing a standalone electric shuttle at NUS

[ad_1]

An autonomous electric shuttle will drive students from the National University of Singapore from July 30th. The ComfortDelGro carrier did a one year trial to study the commercial viability of this service. After a month of road tests, the NUSmart shuttle will run for free during off-peak hours on weekdays, and arrive every 20 minutes. During the initial phase of the test, the shuttle will not work in case of rain. The shuttle will also have a security operator on board during the service.
