According to the police prosecutor, Inspector Gilbert Woyongo, the 41-year-old Reverend Minister and based in Koforidua-Effiduase, decided to marry a second wife, Rita Agyapong, on the blind side of his wife, Millicent Agyapong, with whom he had not divorced.
