Judge Afia Asare Botwe acquitted the three journalists who canceled the case.
Samson Lardi Anyenini, Emmanuel Adjarfo's lawyer, confirms that this confirms his position that his client did not commit any crime.
"As they claim, they will prepare and come back, if they ever come back, we will always be there. We will do everything in our power to ensure that inhumane treatment, injustice and persecution for religious interests do not occur.
"It is the Republic that our father fought with his blood and his work, our generation must stand up to the fact that the judicial proceedings and the powers of the State are not used by certain individuals in the service of their own interests, the lawyer said.
