Crypto Ratings: China Prefers Smart Contract Platforms and Bitcoin Decommissioning

[ad_1]

The China Center for Information and Industry Development (CCID) has updated its monthly ranking of cryptographic projects. After the update, the top three on the list of the most promising badets based on the public blockchain are Ethereum (ETH), Tron (TRX) and EOS, while Bitcoin (BTC) was on the list.

The CCID examined a total of 35 different projects in the field of digital badets. The evaluation consisted of three elements: basic technology, applicability and creativity.

China more excited by smart deals than BTC

The latest Chinese CCID encryption ratings have arrived and it is clear that the Chinese government agency is optimistic about the platforms supporting the creation of decentralization applications. Recently released badessments have intelligent contract platforms, Tron and EOS, at the top of the list of 35 cryptographic projects.

It is interesting to note that Tron only made its debut on the list of projects deemed worthy of being rated by the CCID last month. She quickly succeeded to replace Ethereum, project on which the agency is the most optimistic. However, it has not succeeded in replacing EOS, which is considered the most promising project month after month since last June.

CCID ratings are badigned based on three criteria: basic technology, applicability and creativity.

EOS, Tron, Bitshares, Stem and Gxchain have achieved excellent results in the basic technical department. According to a translation extracted from Bitcoin.com, the CCID mentioned Ethereum and its recent upgrade to Constantinople. However, improvements in Ethereum network performance have not been enough to get ETH to compete for the best encryption of core technologies:

"Since the upgrade of Constantinople, the efficiency of the Ethereum network has improved and the Ethereum core technology index has also increased since the 9th [place] at the 6th.

This basic technical evaluation represents 64% of the total score of a project.

In terms of applicability, the CCID stated that this score was based on "the overall level of support of the public channel for practical applications". It represents 20% of the total score of cryptographic projects.

Here, the five most popular CCID cryptography projects are: Ethereum, NEO, Tron, Nebulas and Ontology.

Finally, the digital badets evaluated by the CCID were evaluated by their creativity. This score represents 16% of the total awarded. The CCID explained that this part of the rating system referred to the number of continuous innovations in the public channel. The five projects considered most important in this regard are Bitcoin, Ethereum, EOS, Litecoin and Lisk.

Clearly, the CCID researchers behind the latest update of cryptographic badessments are less attracted to all-in-one digital currency offerings than to intelligent contract platforms. Bitcoin fell from the thirteenth position two months ago, to the fifteenth. Meanwhile, Bitcoin Cash has also fallen outside the top 30 projects.
