Crypto users betting on EOS and Tron: a report shows a massive exodus of Ethereum

[ad_1]

A new report by digital data and badet research company Diar says that decentralized applications (DApps) on EOS and Tron generate a much higher transaction value than Ethereum. According to research, EOS and Tron DApps account for 94% of the US dollar volume of the three blockchains.

The research, which cites data from DappRadar, indicates that the increasing DApp numbers on EOS and Tron are due in large part to the DApp games using the two relatively new networks of the blockchain.

"Of the $ 5.5 billion already processed on EOS, 70% goes to gaming DApps. That's more than 95% for Tron. "

"Cash games account for only 2% of the total US dollar Ethereum transaction volume, while almost half of the apps are betting machines. The overwhelming majority of transactions are done on DEX – and even that is now facing a steady drop in adoption. "

According to Diar, the increasing number of gaming DApps on EOS and Tron is unlikely to be a threat to Ethereum in the long run. The total number of chain transactions on the Ethereum network is at its highest level.

"It is unlikely, however, that this poses a long-term development risk, as major cryptocurrency institutions have already supported financial projects already designed for Ethereum."
