Bakary Sako has joined the Crystal Palace until the end of the season, announced the Premier League club.
The attacking midfielder Sako, 30, played 50 games at the Palace in three seasons with the club before joining West Brom in October 2018.
Roy Hodgson, director of the Palace, said, "I'm delighted we managed to bring Bakary back to Palace. He is a very talented player and, as he showed when he was in top form last year, he is able to give a boost to our attack options.
"It's a particularly nice signature because in addition to his abilities, he knows the club from the ground up and has been an immensely popular character among players with his positive and upbeat attitude.
"I hope his return will be a major badet as the business season approaches."
Tottenham made seven changes for his fourth round FA Cup clash at Crystal Palace.
Fernando Llorente made a new start in attack while Georges-Kevin Nkoudou was named in the starting lineup of the Spurs for the first time since January 2017.
Ben Davies and Moussa Sissoko were injured.
Connor Wickham debuted in front of Crystal Palace, but there was no room in the team for newcomers Lucas Perri or Bakary Sako.
