Manchester United lost four places in sixth place on the annual list of the most valuable sports teams in the world.
The $ 5 billion Dallas Cowboys remain top of the league, with Major League Baseball's New York Yankees tied for second place with $ 4.6 billion.
Real Madrid is third and compatriot Barcelona fourth.
Manchester City (25), Chelsea (32), Arsenal (42) and Liverpool (45) are the other English clubs in the top 50.
The Dallas Cowboys have been number one for four years and have stolen Real Madrid in 2016.
"The values of the teams in the big sports leagues are booming thanks to vertiginous television offers, local and national," said Kurt Badenhausen, editor-in-chief at Forbes Media.
"And as incomes grow faster than player wages, franchises are more profitable than ever."
The NFL teams represented 26, compared to 29 a year ago, the top 50 teams on the list.
The NBA had nine teams on the list, while there were eight European and seven MLB footballs.
