Earlier this week, we covered a report that Tottenham was giving a boost to Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Dani Olmo.
Spain's Under-21 international has shone in Euros-under 21 this summer and Sport said the Spurs had made the midfield a priority for the signing during its reconstruction.
Mundo Deportivo has now spoken to his agent and has confirmed that the Spaniard is definitely on the move and that he will also join a Champions League club.
According to the agent, his move is almost complete but he will not join a La Liga club, thus excluding Atletico Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona from the race.
Manchester United and AC Milan have also been outclbaded, leaving Tottenham, Liverpool and Bayern Munich at the forefront of its potential destinations, though Bayern are clearly only engaged after the Champions League final in May, according to the newspaper.
They think that the new club will cost nearly 40 million euros to its new club, which will be a big benefit for Dinamo, since it has obtained a free transfer from the system La Masia Barcelona.
Liverpool or Tottenham would also be wise choices for him. The Reds need an attacking midfielder while Tottenham is likely to see him as an alternative to Giovani Lo Celso.
Both have money to spend this summer too, so the price of 40 million euros is not a problem. Bayern however has a chance, and the promise of an almost guaranteed success could distract him from the Premier League.
