Data breach by Capital One affects more than 100 million customers

Capital One has worked with law enforcement officials to catch the suspected suspect of hacking the banking system and to gain access to the personal financial information of more than 100 million Americans. CBS correspondent Anna Werner joins CBSN to explain what consumers need to know.
