The chemical bottle was seized as evidence by police in the area who opened an investigation into it.

Some members of the district badembly told our correspondent that the Baiden left Assin Nsuyem Kekyerew on Friday to spend the weekend with his family in Asikuma and returned Tuesday night.

But on Wednesday, he did not show up for work.

Some of his colleagues reportedly went to his official bungalow on Thursday morning to find out what was wrong just to find his body.

It is unclear what could have caused her death, but police say the suspect is a suicide.

District Police Commander, DSP Okyere Andam, who confirmed the incident to our correspondent, said he found chemicals on the deceased, stating that they would test it as part of the investigation. ;investigation.
