David Ibbotson, pilot of Emiliano Sala, "was not qualified to fly at night"

The pilot of the plane carrying Cardiff City striker, Emiliano Sala, was not qualified to fly at night, it was said.

David Ibbotson was flying the plane as he was heading to South Wales from France when he lost contact with the radars.
