"There should be a law stipulating that people appointed as DCE must undergo military training for two months before taking office. This will make them effective and active.

Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, who is outspoken, stressed that members of the badembly, who are also essential for development in the various localities, should also undergo military training.

"With military training, WFD and members of parliament would be punctual at work and this would eventually lead to the transformation of our country," he said.

Odeneho Kwaku Appiah made this disclosure while he was addressing the WFD, MPs, NPP leaders and coordinators at Affigya Kwabre South, in the Ashanti region, on Sunday.

The meeting, an idea of ​​Mr. Appiah, was aimed at strengthening peace and unity among badembly members, DCE and NPP officials and coordinators to stimulate development.

Odeneho Kwaku Appiah said that the current government of Akufo-Addo was committed to transforming Ghana and urged the badembly members to badociate with NPP leaders.
