He sued Ecobank Ghana for unauthorized transactions in his account via online banking.

Salemok Ghana Limited, led by Adams, represented by Lamtiig Apanga, filed a lawsuit alleging that the bank had transferred from its account between December 22, 2014 and December 24, 2014, approximately $ 8,000 USD or an exchange rate. current of 45,000 GHC, without the word of Salemok. -so.

Although the lawsuit was filed in 2014, the case was heard by the court for about four years, but the plaintiff was asked to testify in 2018. Unfortunately, Salia Adams succumbed a few weeks after his testimony.

Exactly one year after the death of Salia, the High Court of Accra, in charge of this case, sentenced Ecobank to pay the plaintiff the sum of about 73,000 GHc, the repayment of 5,000 USD, interest on this amount from December 2014 to the date of payment, GHc 10,000 as damages for negligence and a cost of GHc 8,000.

The judgment was delivered on June 26, 2019, exactly one year after the death of Salia Adams of Salemok Ghana Limited.

In the meantime, a man would have died prematurely after the lover of his girlfriend found him on the sidechic bed.
