The day Britain was supposed to leave the EU, British lawmakers rejected for the third time the withdrawal agreement that she had negotiated with Brussels. On April 12, Britain could come out of the EU without an agreement. After the vote, the mood in the street was bleak, while Britain and the EU went from a Brexit state of fatigue to Brexit to absolute discomfort.
