Dosoo Dean in discussion with participants
Muslims in the central Tamale Mosque have been exposed to criminal activities and some strategies adopted by criminals to inflict harm on innocent citizens.
They were shown videos of various criminal activities, including kidnapping, terrorism, human trafficking, smuggling, body removal, among others, to ensure that they were safe. they were always on the lookout to help protect their lives.
Outreach was undertaken by Deans Leverage, a law enforcement and intelligence training organization, as part of the launch of its Northern Safety Awareness Program.
Mr. George Dosoo Dean, coordinator of the security awareness program at Doyens Leverage, said that the increase in the number of crimes required the launch of the program of education of citizens on these crimes to help them to preserve their lives.
Mr. Dosoo Dean said that Leverage Deans would visit mosques, churches, schools, organizations, and social gatherings in the area to inform citizens about criminal activities and to prevent that. they are not victims of their actions.
He said that up to now, 18,000 citizens of Greater Accra and Western regions have benefited from the program and urged everyone to follow it as it would help save lives.
