The court quashed three charges against Mahama Ayariga [R] by Martin Amidu [L]
A High Court in Accra (Economic and Financial Division 2) issued its decision in a case involving a member of the central parliament, Bawku.
Mahama Ayariga faces criminal charges brought against him by the special prosecutor, Martin Amidu.
In her judgment on Monday, Judge Afia Serwaah Asare Botwe said the law creating the special prosecutor's office did not allow Martin Amidu to sue for tax evasion fraud and tax evasion charge.
