Did Princess Diana ever forgive Prince Charles and Camilla for the affair?

Princess Diana has lived many things in her life. And most of her trauma came from her ex-husband, Prince Charles. Although we now know that Charles never really wanted to marry Diana, he did a lot of trouble when they were together. But once everything has been said and done, has Diana ever forgiven Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles their affair?

Charles's comments would be the reason why Diana fought against bulimia

When Diana and Charles started dating, he knew that he really wanted to be with Camilla. However, Camilla had already committed to Andrew Parker Bowles and Charles was therefore forced to meet someone again. He was introduced to Diana and her entourage thought she would make the ideal woman a royal woman. The two men started dating and eventually married in 1981. However, Charles was not always so nice to her. He reportedly said that Diana looked "a little chubby", which the princess did not take well. This, along with Diana knowing that Charles had eyes for Camilla, led her to a long battle against bulimia.

Charles relaunched his affair with Camilla after his marriage with Diana

Although he was married, Charles could not get away from Camilla. The two men resumed their love story after their marriage to Diana, which caused chaos in the royal family. Of course, Diana finally heard a conversation between Charles and Camilla over the phone, and everything has grown. The case quickly filtered through the media and the royal family was beaten by the public. Diana and Charles ended up having a difficult divorce, and it was difficult to protect the drama of their young sons, Prince William and Prince Harry.

Diana has never been on good terms with Charles and Camilla during his lifetime

Diana's life was tragically abbreviated when she died in a car accident in 1997. Some blamed the media for what had happened, Diana being apparently pursued by paparazzi at that time. But his driver, Henri Paul, was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of the accident. When Diana died, she and Charles had been divorced for about a year. She did not have much time to recover from this ordeal, even though she was dating another when she died (he also died in the accident). However, she was never on good terms with Charles and Camilla after the divorce.

Diana may have ended up leaving the case

Even if things did not go well between the three royals at the death of Diana, it is possible that she finally pbaded the test and accepted Camilla in the life of Charles. Time tends to heal most wounds, so the impact of the case on Diana in the 90s would probably have vanished if she was still alive 20 years later. It seems that her sons have returned to the relationship between Charles and Camilla, and Camilla has good relations with Queen Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle. It's sad, however, that Diana never had a chance to move on.
