Diego Maradona suggested getting rid of Paul Pogba if he was the boss of Manchester United because the Frenchman "does not work hard enough".
Maradona spoke about the Red Devils in a recent interview with FourFourTwo in which he explained that the Manchester club was no longer his favorite camp in the city.
Argentina admitted that he had enjoyed watching Manchester United play when they were vying for trophies led by Sir Alex Fergsuon.
But since he resigned and was replaced by David Moyes, Louis van Gaal, Jose Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, he has a little put off.
These days, he'd rather watch his rivals play Manchester City, but he says if United wants to get back to victory, he should hire him as boss.
"If Manchester [United] I need a coach, I am the man who will do it, "said Maradona. Manchester United has long been my favorite English team.
"But now I have to say Man City, I know you should not change like that but it's because of Kun [Aguero]. We talk a lot and he plays in a very good team. "
The future of Pogba is the subject of much speculation this summer as Real Madrid continues to monitor the Frenchman.
The winner of the World Cup has already been accused of not working hard enough at Old Trafford, and Maradona sticks to that suggestion.
"With United, I loved Ander Herrera," he said. "Paul Pogba, do not work hard enough."
