The return of Alvaro Morata to Spain did not go as planned on Sunday.
The striker is back in his country after a difficult time in England with Chelsea, while his loan contract with Atletico Madrid was finally confirmed during the last week of the transfer in January.
While the La Liga giants still did not have a former Blues striker in Diego Costa, Morata made his debut just days after arriving at Wanda Metropolitano, but could not stop his new group from weakening. against Real Betis 1 to 0.

Much of the post-match reaction is focused on Morata's demand for penalties and debut.
