The National Democratic Congress (NDC) General Secretary, Opposition, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, revealed that his party was still not comfortable meeting the NPP alone in camera because of distrust.

Speak on Ok FM Program "Ade Akye Abia", he revealed that nuclear power plants had always been misleading whenever it was related to the state.

According to him, the dialogue on the dismantling of the vigilance system is very important, but it will be nothing if the discussion is limited to the NDC and the NPP.

He reiterated that since 1992, the CND, NPP and EC have met on the subject of IPAC and that after each meeting, they (PNM) would turn ambiguously and mislead, especially when the problems would counter them.

"Because of this mistrust, both parties have even agreed to let the EC write their own minutes so that no one will be mistaken about anything.

"Because of the mistrust, we can not have an authentic and faithful dialogue, which is why we call a mediator, a third party to lead this meeting", he stressed.
