The captain of the Black Stars, Asamoah Gyan, is indeed the father of his three children at the end of a paternity test, can confirm Ghanaweb.
The footballer, after filing for divorce from his wife, Gifty Gyan, late last year, reportedly denied having their three children, demanding that a DNA test be conducted on the three children to determine if was the father of the children.
However, a reliable source has confirmed that the results of DNA have proved positive, so that all children are his.

The Ghanaian footballer and captain of the Ghanaian Black Stars, Asamoah Gyan, is reported to have filed for divorce from his wife, Gifty Gyan, in the Divorce and Matrimonial Division of the High Court of Accra.

GhanaWeb.com is reliably informed that Gyan and his wife, Gifty, have not agreed in recent months, but the Black Stars captain's desire to officially end the five-year marriage is a clear indication that their differences are now become irreconcilable.
The press briefing is also reliably informed that the footballer, who filed for divorce in August this year, is currently preparing to marry a businesswoman based in Accra, once his marriage with Gifty has been canceled by the tribunal.
Although Gyan had a "scandalous" career, he managed to protect his wife and three children from the eyes and the media.
The reasons that Assamoah Gyan's wedding to Gifty hit hard are unknown, but sources close to his wife, Gyan says, have become cold to Gifty after another woman's arrival.

She explained that her relations with Gyan were purely professional because she owns a property housing one of Gyan's companies. But a survey by GhanaWeb reveals that the relationship between the businesswoman and Asamoah Gyan is beyond the landlord-tenant relationship since the two men are courting and getting married after his divorce from his current wife, Gifty Gyan .
The latest indication of the current unrest in the marriage is the alleged seizure of Gifty's pbadport by Baffour Gyan, Asamoah Gyan's older brother, purporting to prevent him from returning to the Assamoah residence in the United Kingdom.
Gyan and Gifty have been together since 2003 and were married in 2013 after the birth of their second child.
Sources close to Asamoah Gyan confirmed the story of GhanaWeb but refused to comment publicly.
