Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Deputy of Tongu North
Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, former Deputy Minister of Education, asked artists to refrain from adding to Ghana's problems.
According to him, Ghana has to deal with the ethnic conflicts of the north and the rest of the country, political militancy and political activism, so adding gangs of artists and factions will be a herculean task to manage as a country.
He made it known when he spoke to an audience at the launch of the MU KA @ 20 PAE.
He noted that some musicians had formed gangs known for their violence and had therefore warned that they were dissolving them to help restore peace in the young industry.
L & # 39; Hon. Okudzeto said about Obrafuor's life that although he avoided PAE MU KA because he was then vice-president of the League, he thought the song was conscious and gave hope to many listeners.
He called on Ghanaian artists to emulate the patience, respect and humility of Obrafuor so that they could go higher in their quest to influence the world through music.
