The president of the Creative Arts Council urged acts and the general public not to attack a rewards system if certain designations were not favorable to them.

The president of the Creative Arts Council said that it was particularly discouraging when people insulting and attacking the scheme failed to campaign and vote for their favorite acts or even to show up for the event.
He explained that the entire creative arts sector, as a result of some of these attacks, could not get sponsorship from companies for their shows.
Okraku Mantey revealed that some companies have described these areas as "slippery".
"They [corporate houses] They argue each time that they invest in rewards programs, in particular, people end up showing disrespect towards the rewards program and the sponsors. By the time you're done, these people who have toys on behalf of phones will come and go and ruin the work and the argument is not objective, "he said.
The president of the Creative Arts Council revealed that if he was organizing a rewards program, he would withdraw the vote from the public because,any member of the public would not vote for deserving deeds but would be offended when other named acts would take him away.
He stated that he would prefer that his board of directors attribute acts to depend on the public.
Okraku Mantey said on Tuesday that many people complaining about the victories at the 3Music Awards ceremony were not voting for their favorite acts but had resorted to insults.
"When the director of 3Music and his partners gave the prize, those who sent these messages did not vote and never came to the room," he said.
"It's a total lack of respect for humanity," he added.
According to Mr. Okraku Mantey, he was really disappointed when he saw a comment attributed to Stonebwoy director Blakk Cedi, calling the 3Music Awards "a joke of the century".
"If this comment is really him and not tampered with, and he (Blakk Cedi) feels like that then he should bring all the awards won by Stonebwoy last year and the three awards he has won this year because it's a joke, "he said.
The President of Creative Arts explained that he preferred to use a chart to choose who would win what for his rewards program. "It is the prerogative of the board of directors: if they decide to award a distinction to someone, you, the fan salesman, are silent."
He said that it is the industry that decided to award a prize to someone and that people are allowed to not agree.
"It's a human institution, so, for decisions made, you also have the right not to agree. After all, your wife is not the same as my wife. It's a matter of choice, but the fact that you disagree does not give you the power to insult me, "Mr. Okraku Mantey added.
