Protesters must walk in the main streets of Accra, after which a speech will be delivered by the team management.

The police statement, however, badured the public that the demonstrations would be peaceful.

The statement signed by Afia Tenge, the police's public affairs officer, states that the police will ensure that "the roads reserved for this event are taken and that the necessary measures are taken to ensure the safety of all protesters as well as the maintaining the law and order throughout the period and beyond ".

The party issued a statement calling on its members and Ghanaian patriots to join the protest.

In the meantime, some interest groups who had promised to join the protest canceled this decision.
