Akufo Addo Speol President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo

Under former Mahama cabinet chief of staff, Valerie Sawyer instructed President Nana Addo Dankwa-Akufo-Addo to get up from sleep and prepare to protect citizens from danger, as he had promised .

In a letter to the president, Miss Sawyer asked why the president had decided to take a nap despite the chaos in which the country had plunged because of his negligence.

It is appalled that the peace of the country is compromised by the selfish interests of a few people, particularly the president who has chosen to remain silent and watch his citizens be "slaughtered" in batches.

For a man who had a habit of understanding and adhering to "goodness and democracy," she said, he seems to have lost many of those in his current position.

Miss Sawyer also questioned the merits of building a national cathedral if he wanted to remain a slaughterhouse commando tasked with "slaughtering, cutting, boning and transforming" valuable lives.

What is even more disappointing for her is the fact that men of God and religious leaders are also strangely silent whenever violence or chaos reigns in this country, especially when they must be precursors of peace. and mental health in the country.

His comments follow the recent chaos that erupted in the center of La Bawaleshie at Ayawaso West Wuogon.

Aaaaaa, ooooh, eeeeeei, aaaooow!

Maaba, ad? N, nuké, yaa ya, why?

Are we goats, sheep, cows or chickens?

Is Ghana now a slaughterhouse?

I heard screaming and grinding of teeth at Ayawaso West Wuogon on January 31, 2019. The by-election left many unanswered questions and unresolved mysteries:

Is it true that masked and heavily armed men disguise themselves as genuine security guards mounted in military-grade vehicles marked "SWAT Police"?

Is it true that they badaulted, shot and brutalized Ghanaian citizens, on behalf of the partial elections of Ayawaso West Wuogon?

Is it true that gunshots and bullets found their place of rest in human flesh as blood ran down the streets of La-Bawaleshie?

Is it true that at least ten people were dispatched to Legon and 37 military hospitals?

Is it true that Sam George (MP) was violently badaulted and threatened with words such as "remember that there are stray bullets"?

Is it true that Edem Agbana, deputy national youth organizer at the NDC, was brutally badaulted in Legon?

Is it true that Harvey, brother of the NDC's National Women's Organizer, was brutalized to the point of losing consciousness and blood was leaking from his mouth?

Is it true that Maame Afua, badistant organizer of women in the NDC, has been abused?

Is it true that Kate, the NDC's female organizer for Ayawaso West Wuogon, was badaulted? … and always count …

I cry this morning, my heart is heavy, I pray for the wounded, I pray for their families, I pray for the NDC, I pray for the nation. Lord, listen to my prayer and let my cry come on you!

So I ask – where are the voices of reason in this nation?

As a Presbyterian at a time when charismatic renewal took place in Ghana, I challenged every chance to join the charismatic and worship as a charismatic Pentecostal. Nobody understood me at home, but I had a spiritual encounter between Saul and Paul and nobody could stop me.

They asked me why I was joining one of the "corner churches" or "burgeoning churches" while dignified people were in the Orthodox churches. I was subjected to strong pressure by all means necessary for me to stop attending "this church".

These were days very different from those of today. Today, it is fashionable to attend well decorated charismatic churches and worship in large and beautiful buildings with high social status.

Our time was a period of spiritual warfare where you had to challenge all kinds of forces (physical and spiritual) to worship as a Charismatic, but with my usual pbadion and zeal to solve problems, I introduced myself with power. and power.

I challenged my parents, challenged friends, challenged social status, challenged everything that is defiant. After a brief stint at Legon Pentecostal Church while I was on campus, I went to Action Chapel on the advice of my spiritual mother, Olivia.

We gathered for services under an awning behind the premises of the duty free shop at the airport. We went to the trade show … we moved into the teachers' room … we went back to the duty-free premises … then we moved to Spintex Street.

When we moved in groups to pray on the ground on which is the chapel of action, it was now a mini forest. We crossed a thick bush to bless and sanctify the land by asking where the money would come from for church building. The vision was great but our faith was greater.

The struggle called days of fasting and prayer. I could attend services all night four or five times a week. My apologies to those attending a prayer service night a week today who think the world should bow and call them holy. I smiled thinking about the days on campus where we would be awakened at 4:30 in the morning by a man screaming loudly, as part of what was called a "dawn show".

He would march in the inner hall of Volta Hall, all invoking Christianity and "neo-neo-neo". He would not limit his calls to the generality and the word of God. He would call our names and our room numbers and punish us literally. For example, Sybil, your hair is your vanity. If you do not change your habits, you will find yourself in the lake of fire.

Sybil had very long and beautiful hair. Needless to say, Volta Hall, especially those whom he had blasted on a particular morning, would use insults as they murmured to each other all day. Many times we heard K3 blow up during the "dawn broadcast". K3 was my room number at the time. This gentleman was Bishop Dag Heward Mills, overflowing with the power of the Holy Spirit and sometimes with emotions.

I doubt that the "democratic dispensation" allows this violation of the private space these days. But compared to the brutality, violence and hooliganism exhibited under President Akufo-Addo, this kind of spiritual violation of privacy would seem like a soft rain drop. Where are our charismatic churches, where are our charismatic leaders? Where are you? I call you because you are the ones I know in times of crisis. All my lessons from the charismatic church are still fully utilized.

I raise my hands in prayer, I speak in tongues, I venerate, I praise, I fight in prayer in the realm of the spirit and God never fails. In times of demonic pressure, I refuse to veil myself. With the help of God, I stayed the course and I trusted him to perform it. He never missed me! I've heard some of you chatting in the political world. I heard some of you talking about national cathedrals.

I've heard some of you brag about this and that. Where are you, men of the Holy Spirit? Where are you when our earth burns? Where are your voices we can not hear? I know you can be praying. It's good! Keep praying, but we want to hear you. We want to hear words of comfort from you, we want to hear words of discipline, you want to hear words of admonishment, we want to hear words of encouragement in these times of darkness. Stand up and show yourself as leaders chosen by God in the land. Please do not tell me that there is a problem NPP / NDC.

It is a national affair, a crisis in the country that exceeds acceptable proportions. Rebadure us! Say the word of peace to us! Give us hope! I have always been careful in commenting on the Men of God by remembering the words of 1 Chronicles 16:22 – "Do not touch my anointed and do no harm to my prophets". Remembering this verse, I thank God that Jesus is the true leader of his time. He stood against injustice, against uncleanliness, against indiscipline, against spiritual wickedness in the higher spheres, he spoke, he spoke, he spoke … and the people have listening.

Today, I call you from the depths of my mind to raise you up and to count in the country. Our blood flows, our tears flow, we need intercession, we need intervention, we need you to talk and to remind the nation to order since the president of the nation seems unable to do it. Mgr. Ampiah Kwofie, Mgr Ebenezer Markwei, Mgr. Charles Adjin Asare, Mgr Eastwood Anaba, Apostle Sam Korankye Ankrah, Mgr. Duncan Williams, Mgr. Dag Heward Mills – Where are you? Where are you?? Where are you??? Have I challenged everyone in vain to be part of the charismatic faith? Where are my fathers where I run when I challenged my biological father? Where are you? I know you are good and brave men.

Please get up and be counted in these dangerous times. Please, do not wait until the situation escalates further. … And if men do not speak, where are our Charismatic Women Leaders? Where are you? Do not you see that the blood of your children is flowing in the streets of the country? Can not you hear the cries of the poor who resonate all over the country? Do not you have compbadion and empathy for the violated? Where are you? Rev. Dr. Christie Doe Tetteh, Reverend Olivia Dotse, Reverend Adelaide Heward-Mills, Apostle Lyanne Kwofie! If I mentioned your name, it means that I hold you in very high esteem.

You certainly can not be afraid of nocturnal terror or the arrow that floats during the day; you can not be afraid when the storm is raging or the waves are ejected. Certainly, the 19th century images of trembling Christians huddled in the Colosseum waiting for their deaths at the hands of lions can not silence you. How was born the Christian church? Was not born of hard work and tribulations? Where are you, our charismatic leaders? Where are you when my heart is bleeding? Where are the Daniels in the lion's den? Where are the Shadrachs, Meshachs and Abegnegos?

When I was young, I thought it was only stories, but growing up, I realized that they were not there. . These were men who defended the fate of their people. I cry by typing these words. Where are our leaders? If political leaders have let us down, where are our spiritual leaders? President Nana Addo, President Addo Dankwa, President Akufo Addo! As you build a national cathedral believed to promote Christianity in your country, you preside over a mbadacre session of your citizens. You have become the Slaughterhouse Commando, commanding what appears to be the "slaughter, cutting, deboning and processing" of precious lives.

Do you want to complete the construction of the National Cathedral and realize that you have no human being left in Ghana to occupy it? Or perhaps do you intend that only NPP members worship in the National Cathedral? At the rate at which you are going, do you think that the wounded will submit to this type of violation without defending themselves? NDC leaders urged NDC members to remain calm and avoid retaliatory attacks. Indeed, to avoid further mbadacres, the NDC leaders withdrew the party's participation in the elections and left the seat at the NPP.

That's all the NDC party has done to avoid violent clashes with retaliation that could destroy the thin line that Ghanaians cling to under this "shambolistic" government, knowing full well that if retaliation occurs, the NDC members would still be terrorized, beaten authorities in place claim that they can not identify the NPP terrorists who triggered the violence, even when their faces are clearly visible on video. Mister President! Mister President! Mr. President, how many times have I called you?

My right hand is sliced behind my right ear and I leaned my head towards you when I called. President Akufo Addo wakes up! Are you sleeping! You snore! Seek in your consciousness, search deep in your heart if you can find it, look in the recesses of your stained soul and find the sparks of goodness and democracy that you seemed to understand and to which you adhered a very long time ago. We are waiting for the President! Your citizens are waiting! While we are there, may I ask –

Is it true that after all this vandalism of flesh and blood and first-rate hooliganism, out of the approximately 90,000 names on the register of voters of Ayawaso West Wuogon, fewer than 17,000 people voted, that is to say just 19%?

Is it true that after boycotting the elections at 10 am on the day of the vote, NDC lost only 6,000 votes to the West Wuogon Ayawaso headquarters, compared to 2016, when it had lost that seat with more than 10,000 votes?

In the middle of your slaughterhouse, Mr. President, the record speaks for itself. People have spoken. They are totally dissatisfied with your style of governance and your skills. Except for the hunger, moans and groans you inflicted on them, you mutilate and brutalize them now.

Mr. President, do you know the story of the king who woke up one day to find that he had no subject? Ayooooo! Remember Ling Yao's words: "A king exists for his people; without subjects, leaders can not exist. "

Remember also Proverbs 14:28 which says, "The honor of the king is the honor of the king; but in the lack of people is the destruction of the prince.

Mr. Speaker, I challenge you to do what is necessary to bring decency and honor to your mandate.

Oman Ghana … dué dué dué … dué ni amanehunu !!!
