Outgoing US President Donald Trump plans to leave Washington on the morning of inauguration day, he previously planned to leave the day before.

Next Wednesday, Joe Biden will be sworn in as the 46th President of the United States of America.

Trump does not intend to attend, he will not even be in the same city according to Reuters news agency reports.
