Donald Trump reacted after former US Vice President Joe Biden announced that he would run for president of the United States by 2020
Mr. Biden, 76, made the announcement in a video of the campaign aired on Thursday (really here).
In response to Biden's announcement, Trump tweeted: Welcome to the Sleepy Joe Run. I only hope that you have the intelligence, long in doubt, to lead a successful primary campaign. It will be nasty – you will be dealing with people who really have very sick and insane ideas. But if you succeed, I'll see you at the starting gate!
