Tension is mounting among adb Bank Limited staff after management ordered the removal of their Level 3 pension fund payment.

According to a note filed by 3news.com, the workers did not submit any proposals to the Fund despite management's efforts to engage them.

"At its meeting of December 31, 2018, the Board of Directors decided to abolish the Tier 3 pension fund in the absence of staff contributions as of January 2019," notes the note. service.

But the workers rejected management's demands, saying forcefully that "this is not the case".

"The union responded and maintained that the case was an affair of the ABC and should be treated as such," noted a letter to the Union of Workers of Industry and Finance (UNICOF ) by the staff.

He said that the staff contribute 15% and the company also contributes the same percentage.

The letter of 17 January 2019 requested the UNICOF authorities to immediately convene a meeting with management "to determine the problem".
