Dr. Pimple Popper (Sandra Lee, MD) has several characteristics: a dynamite dermatologist, an empathic queen, a master of word games. But one thing that is missing from his resume? A star baseball player or at least one receiver.
In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper shows fans that even though she may have an A + hand-eye coordination when it comes to cutting and pinching pesky skin problems like cysts and lipomas, his reflexes are not always so smooth.
"This" POP "will test your reflexes … CATCH! ? #pilarcyst", she subtitled, thus making an appropriate seasonal reference (spring = baseball season) and alluding to a surprise scenario that will run for sure – two clbadic components of an exciting and shocking masterpiece of Dr. Pimple Popper.
The video begins with the doc saying to his patient, "[pilar cysts] are very easy to remove, so nothing important. Quick Recall: Pilaris cysts, which are often found on the head, scalp, face and neck, consist of excess keratin and cutaneous tissue, and – good news! -Are generally benign.
Once this introduction to Bio 101 is complete, Dr. Pimple Popper proceeds to push against the patient's scalp, where there is already an incision with a bubble-shaped hair cyst.
The doctor pushes … and pushes … and pushes … and the hair cyst starts to slowly come out of the opening until the doctor presses once more and makes him prisoner of war! A small whitish gray rock flies off the patient's scalp and surprises Dr. Pimple Popper. Although she unfortunately did not catch hold (sorry Dr. P, no MLB for you), the doc did not allow her to lose her morale, exclaiming enthusiastically: " Cool! It was fun! "
