After an impressive speech in front of the Ghanaian Parliament, President Pelosi, John Lewis and the US Congress delegation met with Dr. Thomas Mensah, inventor of fiber optics, before the ceremony ceremony in Parliament.

Dr. Thomas Mensah was also happy to meet his civil rights hero and a friend, John Lewis, who lives in Atlanta, where his headquarters is located, Georgia Aerospace Company.
Dr. Mensah thanked the speaker for choosing members of her delegation from the black congressmen who sit on very powerful committees in the US Congress for this visit to Ghana as part of the Year of return.

This shows how serious the President is in his work with Ghana.
Thomas Mensah, the world-renowned inventor, is also working on a 21st-century "Mid Pbadage" luxury cruise ship project, starting with "Door of No Return" in Cape Coast, until the end of the century. 39, Gore Island, where slaves were mixed before returning to the slave ship's path. Three hundred blacks will embark on board the Cape Coast, Ghana, cruise ship of 100 African Americans, 50 Caribbean, 50 Brazil and 100 Africa. They will travel to Charleston where there is a slave market museum.
Majority Leader James Clyburn is leading a group to build the International Slave Museum in Charleston. There will be 5 wedding ceremonies for those who became engaged as participants of the 21st century cruise ship from Ghana. The wedding will take place at the New International Slave Museum. This project is described in his book entitled "Good Things are in Black", sold on Amazon.
Dr. Mensah will discuss all the details of his project at HACSA, the Heritage and History Society Summit, at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra on 9th of the month of August. The project is to bring healing to Africans in the diaspora and to Africans in the continent colonized after slavery.
