The Swedish resort company Triton buys the Dutch holiday company Corendon through the Sunweb holiday group that Triton had previously purchased

The agreement concerns Corendon's tourist activities in Holland and Belgium, back-office operations in Turkey and Corendon Dutch Airlines. It also includes Karend's Choice, Maris Life, Stip and GOfun brands from Corendon.

The Turkish and European airline and hotels owned by Corendon Hotels & Resorts are not part of the deal. Financial details were not disclosed.

Corendon was launched in 2000 as a holiday specialist in Turkey and now offers summer and winter stays for some 750,000 people a year. The company achieved a turnover of 515 M € last year.
