According to striker Andrea Dossena, Paulo Dybala, the Juventus striker, would have no doubt about joining Liverpool or Manchester City rather than Manchester United.
Speaking to Tuttomercatoweb, quoted by the Mirror, Dossena was skeptical about United's chances of playing major honors against their rivals in the Premier League and Juventus:
Manchester United are a football superpower, but for me, they are not ready to win big in Europe, like maybe Juve. If the team in question had been Liverpool or Manchester City, in my opinion it [Dybala] would have had no doubt. United is more than a construction site at the moment.

Even if it looks like Dybala is almost certain to be a United player at the closing of the summer transfer windows next week, it would be monumental for the Reds to give in to his signature at the 11th hour.
The 25-year-old is best placed to play behind the attacker. Jurgen Klopp should therefore slightly modify his favorite 4-3-3 formation to suit his needs, but he can also play right and wrong nine.
Liverpool should go if Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino get shot as usual, but the champions of Europe would do better by recruiting Dybala.
His departure for Juventus is based on Romelu Lukaku, who however tends to face the Reds this season, rather than represent them.
