HUNTINGTON, W. Virginia. (WOWK) –
The Greater Huntington Park & Recreation District held its annual Easter-Stravaganza Eggshow on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Ritter Park in Huntington.
The organizers say it's an epic-sized Easter egg hunt, with more than 20,000 eggs. Participants could search for a golden egg to win special prizes such as baskets, rabbits and bikes. Of course, no Easter Stravaganza egg would be complete without a visit from the Easter Bunny.
In addition to more than 20,000 eggs filled with sweets and toys, the event also featured free inflatable structures, offered by New Heights Church, a first-responder Touch-A-Truck and several pet rescue groups with adoptable animals.
