According to a new Ebola report published by the World Health Organization (WHO), a woman who died as a result of the disease in the Democratic Republic of Congo reportedly took Ebola to Rwanda. The public health agency considers the Ebola outbreak in Congo as an international health emergency. The warning comes after the confirmation of the first case of Ebola in Goma, a city of two million people located near Rwanda.
