The Electoral Commission (EC) has announced the temporary suspension of the replacement of lost voter ID cards in its district offices.
In a press release signed by the President, Jean Mensa, the decision was to allow the Commission to focus on the imminent exercise of registration on a limited voter.
The suspension takes effect from Friday, June 7 and ends on Thursday, June 27.
The Commission expressed its deep regret for any inconvenience this might cause.
The EC begins the restricted voter registration exercise from Friday, June 7 to Friday, June 27, from 7 am to 7 pm
