Gavin Brooking of Eco Hotels announced to Andrew Scott of Proactive London that they were aiming to become the world's first carbon-neutral hotel brand.
Brooking explains that their prototype has been running successfully for several years and is currently preparing to deploy in India, where he says the market is growing and the number of people looking for quality housing is increasing dramatically.
