Central nuclear power station concerned Coalition of NPP Affected Members

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Coalition of Concerned Members in the Central Region has described the suspension of the first vice-president of the region, Horace Ekow Ewusi, as groundless and unjustified.

This is in response to the party's decision to indefinitely raise the first vice-president of the party's central region from his position.

The suspension, according to the party, follows Mr. Ewusi, continuously ignoring the directives of the party hierarchy in the region to respond to allegations of fraud under false pretenses, a term of imprisonment, as well as the product. the auctioning and cashing of excavators seized from illegal miners in a petition filed against him. by a certain Edward Kraku Adum, also a member of the party.

But according to the group, the suspension was unfair because it is based on "past acts of frivolity and frustration of the vice president".

To strengthen their position, members of the nuclear power plant concerned stated that, after further verification of the petitioner 's authenticity, it had been discovered that Edward Okraku was a "faceless individual whose l? residential address did not exist in digital form or in manual form ".

They are therefore shocked that regional president Robert Kutin Junior has decided to suspend Ewusi for Okraku on the grounds that the first vice refused to answer Okraku.

In a statement copied for the media, the group claimed that the petition was addressed to the Minister of National Security, Albert Kan-Dapaah, and that "we believe that the first vice-president was responsible only in front of the addressee, if he was invited and not the regional president or president Kraku ".

The coalition therefore asked the National Executive Committee to rescind its decision, adding that the allegations made by Edward Kraku Adum were false and did not rely on any evidence.
