(Reuters) – Billionaire Elon Musk said on Sunday that he supports major memes-based digital currency dogecoin holders selling most of their coins, adding that he believes too much concentration in dogecoin is the “real thing.” problem”.

“If the major Dogecoin holders sell most of their coins, it will get my full support. Too much focus is the only real issue in my opinion,” Musk said in a tweet at bit.ly/3aj5LEd.

A well-known supporter of cryptocurrencies, Musk has regularly weighed on the recent retail investment frenzy, pushing up the prices of dogecoin and shares of US video game chain GameStop.

Musk’s electric vehicle company Tesla Inc revealed on February 8 that it had purchased $ 1.5 billion worth of cryptocurrency bitcoin and would soon accept it as a payment method for cars.
