Belgian international Eden Hazard scored two goals in the Europa League's 4-1 win over Chelsea against Arsenal. This match should be his last match for the London club.

Hazard, who is closely linked to his transfer to Real Madrid, told BT Sports, after his team's victory in Baku, that it was probably his last match for the Blues.

"We'll decide in a few days and the only goal in my mind was to win this final," said Hazard. "I've already made my decision and now I'm waiting for both clubs.I think it's a goodbye, but in football, you never know."

"My dream was to play in the Premier League and I did it for one of the biggest clubs, so maybe the time has come for a new challenge."

Hazard, who joined Chelsea in 2012, helped Pedro score Chelsea's second goal after Olivier Giroud opened the scoring.

He then scored twice himself – first from the penalty spot to score 3-0 and his team's fourth goal after Alex Iwobi for Arsenal.

Hazard has made 352 appearances for Chelsea since coming to Lille, scoring 110 goals and winning two English Premier League titles, an FA Cup, a League Cup and two Europa League titles.
