The ceiling / ground approached
When the Draghi presser starts and the IPC data is in the rearview mirror, the EURUSD is moved up and down.
At the high of the day, the price reached a new high of the session and exceeded the 38.2% of the decline from the high of March 20 at 1.1242 (peak reached 1.287), but was quickly pushed back.
The depression has simply spread to what has been a floor over the last two days at 1.1254. This floor was the ceiling in last week's trading. A break below would tip the bias further down. Holding on keeps the battle between the higher level 1.1284 and the lower level 1.1254.
