Gianluigi Buffon has announced his departure from Paris Saint Germain and some fans of Arsenal have not been slow to look for ideas.
The legend of Juventus joined the French team last summer in free transfer and made 25 appearances while the club won the Ligue 1 again.
At 41, the Italian comes at the end of his career but he still retains qualities that can improve a team.
"I will never forget the pride that everyone in Paris St-Germain, both the club and the fans, felt when seeing Gianluigi Buffon wearing our jersey," said the PSG president, Nbader Al-Khelaifi.
"During his stay at PSG, he brought his phenomenal experience and his sense of professionalism not only to his teammates, but also to all areas of the club, his warm and open personality will be missed here."
While Petr Cech leaves the club this summer, Arsenal loses the competition for Bernd Leno and an experienced voice in the locker room. Some Gunners believers think that Buffon is the ideal candidate to fill this gap.

However, if Unai Emery was interested, it seems that the Gunners would have the work cut, the heart of Buffon being resolved to return to Italy.
"I'm happy to have lived this experience that has undoubtedly helped me grow," Buffon said.
"Today, my adventure out of Italy ends.
"Ernest Hemingway wrote that there are only two places in the world where people can live happily: at home and in Paris, and today it will also apply to me: Paris, in a way, will always remain my home … Go Paris! "
