the question and save the mining community from the likely influence of these
persons presumed to have been convicted by courts of competent jurisdiction over
Hard drug crimes and many others. "

The statement noted
It was well known that the mining activity was intended to generate
contributions to the socio-economic development of communities and the country
great.

"Unfortunately, the
Talensi Mining, has witnessed in the past and present of a number of
criminal activities and violent actions resulting in the loss of valuable lives and
valuable property, "he added.

According to

countless opportunities, without saying a word, publicly announcing their state of readiness
cause chaos through acts of militancy and war if certain demands, be they
legal or illegal are not fulfilled. "

NORPRA declared the acts
were early warning signals of impending danger that certainly raised the security
concerns and defeated the purpose of mining. "Allow criminals, including;
drug lords in the area as mining operators will undoubtedly feed and
exacerbate the volatile situation. "

The statement says
NORPRA, which over the years has worked with key stakeholders to contribute to
relative peace in the mining community of Talensi, was probably the most
CSO worried that he has read in several media an article on a large scale
mining company operating in the region with alleged directors and shareholders as
former convicts.

"Very alarmed by the
reporting in the media and with the utmost determination to reveal the truth,
the authenticity, credibility and validity of the information on the allegations
the criminality of certain directors and shareholders of the said company, Cbadius
Mining Limited "

"NORPRA has led a
thorough research on names supposed to be directors and shareholders of Cbadius
Mining Limited with criminal background and discovered that; the name Radwin
Elhbadan whose case began from 5 February 2003 to 21 May 2003 was a
sentenced by the Supreme Court of New South Wales for possession of 28 kg of
narcotics, cocaine to be specific. "

"He appealed
against his conviction, but the learned judge not only rejected the appeal.
but also went further to describe his previous sentence as obviously
inadequate, "said the statement.

The statement says a
Anthony Upul Samantha was sentenced to four and a half years after pleading
guilty of 19 charges of market manipulation and 16 charges of obtaining a benefit
through deception, regarding the fraudulent use of $ 16 million belonging to Cogent
Securities.

The third name
according to NORPRA was an Anthony Joseph Karam and James Arkoudis who were
whose professional conduct is deemed unsatisfactory and guilty of
negligence, "Jeffrey Braysich was convicted of the head of
25 charges after long investigation by Australian Securities
Investment Commission. "

"In a counter-control,
NORPRA has established that as of May 10, 2016, these same Australian names
nationals were the same names as those which appeared in the official registers of the
Registrar General of Ghana as Director of Cbadius Mining Limited.

Surprisingly, our
The last check dated March 5, 2019 showed that some of these names had been
replaced as directors and became shareholders of Cbadius Mining Limited. "
