Exclusive: David Seaman explains to Stan Kroenke's Board of Directors what needs to be done to stem the decline of Arsenal

Arsenal's hero, David Seaman, has called on the club to support Unai Emery this summer with the funds needed to allow the Gunners to return to the top.
