He also worried about the manipulation of the judiciary's budget, stressing that the judiciary complained every year of budget cuts or budget cuts, which obviously affected justice in the country as well.
He explained that Article 127 of the Constitution provides that the budget of the judiciary shall not be affected or reduced and that all funds necessary for the judiciary shall be released by the executive.
