After badyzing international mailings, the Food and Drug Administration issues a warning to people who may have purchased the male bad stimulant Big Penis.

Laboratory tests confirm that the active ingredient in Viagra, sildenafil, is actually a big penis. The chemical could interact with other nitrates contained in prescription drugs and "lower blood pressure to dangerous levels," according to the FDA.

"People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease often take nitrates."

The federal agency suggests to patients experiencing adverse effects related to taking the over-the-counter supplement to report it to their MedWatch online voluntary reporting form.

The FDA publishes public advisories on products labeled as supplements, often labeled as "completely natural." The agency can not test each product marketed as such and therefore advises consumers to use their best judgment before using them.
