Actress Felicity Huffman is one of 13 parents accused in the university admissions scandal. They agreed to plead guilty to bribery and other forms of fraud to get their children into elite colleges and universities, the federal authorities said Monday. Actress Lori Loughlin and her stylist husband, Mossimo Giannulli, who were among nearly three dozen parents charged under the admissions program, were not on the list of people who had negotiated social security agreements.
