The viral woman 'Fiji Water &', who photographed celebrities at the Golden Globes and reported to the company about 12 million US dollars, is currently suing the company for allegedly using its resemblance in a marketing campaign .
The Fiji Water Girl may have earned her reputation by serving water bottles and undeniable glances on the red carpet, but she is now attacking the water company with a lawsuit.
Model Kelleth Cuthbert became an internet sensation at the 76th Golden Globe on January 6th, after photographing many celebrities in a blue dress and carrying a tray full of Fiji water bottles.

She is currently suing Fiji Water and The Wonderful Company for the creation of cardboard cutouts of her viral moment without her permission. One of them, ironically, was photographed by John Legend in a grocery store at the grocery store.

In the court documents obtained by E! News and TMZ, Cuthbert says the company has created a global marketing campaign with "unauthorized use of photography, likeness and identity (of Fiji Water Girl)".

Cuthbert, whose real name is Kelly Steinbach, says she has not "surrendered her rights to the" Fiji Water Girl "" despite pressure from the company to do so with a "fake document" and tantalizing gifts.

Fiji Water has upheld Cuthbert's lawsuit in the US TODAY, describing it as "frivolous and totally unfounded".
"After the social media moment of the Golden Globes, we negotiated with Mrs. Cuthbert a generous deal that she flagrantly violated," the company said. "We are confident that we will take it to court." Throughout our history, we have earned an excellent reputation by working with talent. "
