The presiding Bishop of Perez Chapel International, Most Rev. Charles Agyinasare, urged church leaders to demonstrate Christ-like behavior, adding that anyone deemed to be against the laws of the land should be treated.
He launched the call for the special Christian talk show called Joy Talk, titled & # 39;A walk with Jesus where he revealed that the government would fail to regulate churches.
Bishop Agyinasre questioned the government's decision "How will he regulate religions or churches?" The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) must eliminate the excesses of "some so-called pastors".
This follows Professor Mike Oquaye, Speaker of the Parliament, who commissioned some ministries to make suggestions on a proposed regulation of churches, but some sections of Christians as well as men of God opposed this idea.
In the meantime, the Ghana Conference of Charismatic Bishops has demystified the idea of enthrone- ing the beliefs and faith of Christians.
