The country's first lady is in Gwangju to cheer on athletes and officials at the 18th FINA World Championships.
During her two-day visit starting Monday, Kim Jung-sook is scheduled to attend two events and organize a luncheon with the volunteers at the championships.
President Moon had already taken part in the opening ceremony.
A group of about 20 Cheongwadae officials, including spokesman Ko Min-jung, briefly went to the City of Lights, following the president's request to help them boost the competitions.
