Land Rover provides a five-door variant of the Range Rover Evoque and a series of other modifications over existing models.
The five-door Evoque will be on the same platform as the car launched last week, with shortened front doors and narrow-opening rear doors, but will likely make its debut in 2012.

Elsewhere, as part of a general overhaul, there will be a revised Freelander, a new range of engines for the Range Rover Sport, a reclbadification for the Defender and the possibility of a simplified range of Discovery diesel engines .
The revised Freelander is ready to be produced with notable modifications to the interior. A new dashboard, switchboard and center console will enhance the quality feel of the Freelander cab.
More soft-touch plastics and a closer look to the new Discovery in terms of fit, finish and finishing materials will make the Freelander a much better value.
For 2011, the Range Rover Sport will feature a revised engine range, focused on the 3.0-liter TDV6 diesels. The 268 hp 3.6 TDV8 will be replaced by a version of the Jaguar 271 hp 3.0-liter turbocharged V6.
Contrarily, the new 4.4-liter TDV8 developing 305 hp will be reserved for the Range Rover engine, a decision that would have annoyed some dealers who have customers waiting for a Range Rover Sport V8 diesel engine.
A 3.0-liter turbocharged and monochrome TDV6, with a power output of 241 hp, is expected to continue to be the entry-level diesel variant.
The Discovery diesel engine range may well be streamlined for 2011. The entry-level 2.7 TDV6 of 193bhp will be phased out and replaced by the 3.0 TDV6 of 241bhp. The high-end Discovery TDV6 will then be powered by the 271 hp TDV6 twin-turbo 3.0.
